Delivery Methods & Rates
All First Response products are shipped to you from our distribution outlet via Courier. All delivery costs take into account the postage and packaging required for each order, however due to the varying weights between orders, the store will inform you of the exact postage and packaging cost for your desired order at the checkout stage.
Delivery Times
The store will clearly show you whether the resources you are requesting are in stock or not. If the resources you wish to purchase are in stock you’ll be able to proceed to the check out. Once your order has been successfully placed we will deliver your purchases to you within 7-14 working days.
Delivery to Multiple addresses
Currently we do not offer delivery to multiple addresses. As we appreciate the need for some organisations to purchase resources for a staff located in a number of places, we are hoping to extend the delivery options to allow you to dispatch each product to a specific destination.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the resources offered on this site we can only accept returns or offer refunds where a resource is damaged or faulty.
If any resource you’ve ordered is damaged or faulty please return the resource to us and once we’ve checked it over we’ll send you a replacement or refund for the damaged goods.
