Payment Options
There are two ways you can pay for your order:
- Pay Now - Pay Online by Credit/Debit Card
- Pay Later - Pay by Cheque or other similar payment
Both of these options require you to register with the site, add the desired items to your shopping basket, and checkout. Once you‘ve provided the relevant billing and delivery details you can then choose how to pay.
Pay Now
Paying online, allows you to use a Credit/Debit card (Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch) to pay for your order imediatly. Once the payment has been collected through our secure payment page the billing contact for your order will recieve a purchase receipt for the goods and your resources will be scheduled for delivery.
Pay Later
If your organisation doesn‘t have a Credit/Debit card, or you need to raise a purchase order for the resources this is the option for you. At the point of checkout you can opt to generate an invoice which will be sent to the billing contact for your order. You‘ll also be able to add to the invoice your own purchase order reference as required.
Your accounts team can then pay the invoice in the most apropriate way. Once payment is recieved by our customer service team your account will be credited with the purchase, at which point your order will be scheduled for delivery.
Delivery Methods & Rates
All First Response products are shipped to you from our distribution outlet via Courier. All delivery costs take into account the postage and packaging required for each order, however due to the varying weights between orders, the store will inform you of the exact postage and packaging cost for your desired order at the checkout stage.
Delivery Times
The store will clearly show you whether the resources you are requesting are in stock or not. If the resources you wish to purchase are in stock you’ll be able to proceed to the check out. Once your order has been successfully placed we will deliver your purchases to you within 7-10 working days.
Delivery to Multiple addresses
Currently we do not offer delivery to multiple addresses. As we appreciate the need for some organisations to purchase resources for a staff located in a number of places, we are hoping to extend the delivery options to allow you to dispatch each product to a specific destination.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the resources offered on this site we can only accept returns or offer refunds where a resource is damaged or faulty.
If any resource you’ve ordered is damaged or faulty please return the resource to us and once we’ve checked it over we’ll send you a replacement or refund for the damaged goods.
