Returns Procedure

We will gladly replace or refund any First Response resource that has been sold through this site, that is either damaged or faulty.

Please ring Customer Services to discuss your complaint, they will then issue you a reference number to use for the return. The following will then need to be sent to Customer Services via Special/Recorded Delivery.

  • Valid Returns Reference - Given by Customer Services
  • Proof of Purchase - Preferably a copy of the sales invoice
  • The Damaged or Faulty Resource(s)

On receipt of the damaged/faulty resource(s) we will issue a refund or send a new resource depending on your requirements.

Please be aware if the resources we receive are not considered damaged or faulty we will not refund the resource or send a new resource in its place. In this case we’d also expect you to pay for the return of the original resource.
